Title 購買了禮包但沒有出現在帳號裡

購買了禮包後才發現帳號沒有登陸，可以把已購買的禮包登陸到帳號裡面嗎？paypal已附款也不能取消重新下單了


禮包沒有在帳號裡面會不會影響使用？
